Understand that everything in this world is an illusion, 

it is empty by nature. 

To live a life truly worth living, 

we need to overcome our afflictions and desires. 

With tranquillity and purity, 

we can be free from obstructions. 

Do not be greedy. 

We must often remind ourselves that 

“I do not need anything more”, 

“It’s good enough” 

and “It’s OK”.
